Put the machine on a level and strong table and keep the working room clear, dry and ventilated. Indoor temperature 5- 32℃ is OK.
There is a timer control knob for up to 60 minutes and a second knob for speed.
First, add some material which needs to be separated to 20 ml centrifuge tubes, then insert them to 12 holes or 6 holes respectively(but the number of the material in each centrifuge tube must be almost equal), close the cover plate, connect to the power (this machine has random power cord, just directly insert into the instrument and the outside power outlet, then close the power switch), the indicator lights. Next, adjust the work time to where you need or the normally closed position (counterclockwise end point), now the centrifuge is working condition.
Shut the power switch, open the cover of the machine, clear the rotor and container.
Note: when centrifugal tubes are centrifuged, and the volume of liquid in each centrifugal tube must be the same.
Safety Warning:
After you open the power switch, please shut the power supply and make an examination if the indicators not light.
Do not operate the machine without rotor. When you are going to operate the machine, you should make the rotor is not corroded/hurt.
Do not open the cover of the machine and touch the rotor when the rotor when the rotor is in moving.
Do not operate the machine if the rotor is not balance assembled.
